As previously advised Regulation (EC) No 767/2009 empowers stakeholders of the European feed industry to develop a Catalogue of feed materials. This catalogue is being discussed by the Commission and Member States in September and it is hoped that following EP scrutiny it will be published in early 2011 updating the Catalogue published by the Commission on 19 th March 2010 (Regulation 242/2010).
