Feed Member Briefing of 21 October 2011 advised of the adoption in Brussels of measures designed to prevent dioxin contamination of feed. The FSA has now advised that this new legislation ie Commission Regulation (EU) No 225/2012 of 15 March 2012 amending Annex II to the Feed Hygiene Regulation (EC) No 183/2005 on the approval of fat blending and processing establishments and monitoring of dioxins has now been published in the Official Journal: reference the following link:-
